Dr Shinjini Pande is an MS and DNB in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (OBG), with more than fifteen years of experience in carrying out gynaecological procedures. During this period she has gained experience in surgical and consultation work and has performed laparoscopies, hysterectomies, laparotomies, diagnostic hysterolaparoscopies and procedures, etc.

For the past 12 years (approx.) she has been working as a part of the Nalini Endoscopy Unit with Dr. Vivek Salunke. For the last 10 years, she has been practising as a freelancer Gynae-endoscopic surgeon and has been performing both major and minor laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries independently.

She has a special interest in lap onco-surgery and fertility-enhancing laparoscopic surgeries.
