The Government of India has created a WhatsApp to provide helpful information to any phone. To start using the tool, just click on this link https://wa.me/919013151515?text=Hi … or send Hi on +91 9013151515 from your mobile.  
You’ll be greeted with a menu of options for different types of guidance along with toll-free numbers to call and an email address you can write to.  The options offered include: 1. Latest Update and Alerts on Coronavirus 2. What is Coronavirus and what are its symptoms? 3. How does Coronavirus spread? 4. How to reduce the risk of Coronavirus?  5. Professional advice by AIIMS  6. State and language specific chatbots (Gujarat, Maharashtra)  7. Where to get help? There is also an option to switch to Hindi.
