Our focus is complete User satisfaction. As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. Trainees have the liberty to cancel their purchase of Products and request a refund from us only when certain conditions are met. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact the us via email to both "accountsin@tc4a.com" & "info@medicallearning.com", Subject line must be "Cancel", with details of the "course" you booked, any "confirmation" you received, and with specific information why you want to cancel.

Upon reception such communication, we will confirm cancellation of the booking and the following financial rules apply:

Use of Content

If different conditions of cancellation should be applied because of a specific agreement with the Trainer/Merchant, these cancellation conditions will be explicitly detailed in the description of the course in question. The Trainer is responsible for staying informed with the conditions detailed in the description of the course/Product in order to be sure of the cancellation conditions being applied.

In the event of cancellation by the Merchant/Trainer of the training or of no show by the Trainer, the full amount paid by you on the Website (with respect to the specific Product) will be refunded by us, under the condition that You inform us of the cancellation / no show at the latest 48 hours after the date of the course or the day in which the Product was to be made available to you. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Company shall not be liable to refund or otherwise compensate you for any other expense incurred by you in relation to the Product, including but not limited to any expenses made by you in anticipation of the training/Product such as travel and accommodation costs.

Should a Trainee come to a training session and choose to leave before the end, or should a Trainee be excluded from a training because he/she does not abide by the Attendee Code of Respectful Conduct, the trainee will not be refunded of any amount.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, no requests for refunds in relation to "at-your-pace" content (such as videos, documents etc made available online) or "online live classrooms" (such as zoom sessions) content will be made.

Refund Policy

The refunds shall be processed within 5-7 business days of our communication to you stating that you are entitled to a refund. Refunds shall be made to the source from which the respective payment was made. We shall not be responsible for any delay in refunds which are not solely attributable to the Company.
