- Formation of State or District branches : Dr. Satish Agarwal
- Membership to administrative officers and police officers under administrative wing.
- Formation of international wing of IMLEA: Dr. Ashish Jain.
- Discussion regarding indexing of IMLEA: Dr. V.P. Singh
- Discussion regarding publication of books: Dr. Satish Tiwari
- Starting of diploma courses in medical legal and ethical issues: Dr. Jyoti Bindal, Dr. Anurag Vernia.
- Activities during 2021 -22: Dr. Anurag Venna.
- Discussion regarding future activities and projects including IMLEACON 22.
- Starting of orations from interested members.
- Information about the case in Charity Commissioner Office: Dr. Rajesh Boob.
- Discussion regarding IMLEACON 2018 accounts: Dr. Rajesh Boob.
- Action on Dr. Rajesh Shah & Team for not submitting the accounts.
- Presentation of audited accounts 2021 : Dr. Rajesh Boob\Dr. Apoorv Kale.
- Declaration of Executive Body 2022-23.
- Any other matter with the permission of chair .
