Introduction: Dr Mayuri Keskar from MLH, welcomed the participants and speakers. She introduced Dr Yashodhara Mhatre, organizing chairperson and shared structure of conference and general instructions for all the participants. Then Dr Yashodhara shared the welcome note and introduced Dr Rutviz Dalal to start with scientific track 1 on IVF

Scientific track 1- In Vitro Fertilization: The track has 3 experienced speakers who shared the detailed insights on male infertility. Following topics were covered:

• Azoospermia – Evaluation and Management?
• What’s new in ART - Male infertility

Scientific track 2: Stimulation Protocols-Whats New and Which is Better?:  The track has 4  senior expert physician who covered topics on stimulation protocols and shared their clinical experiences. Following topics were covered:

• Low AMH: Premature ovarian insufficiency- a rising problem
• Tailoring Stimulation Protocol
• Septate Uterus & variants in fertility practice- My personal experience of 4 decades
• Stimulation protocol in pcos and endometriosis

Scientific Track 3: Fertility enhancing surgeries: Renowned academicians and senior experts in subject shared detailed insights on laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries. During the talk they also shared their clinical experiences. Following topics were covered:

• Fertility enhancing surgeries
• Hysteroscopic fertility enhancing surgery

Scientific Track 4: High risk pregnancies in ART_ management and outcome: This track covered screening the complications in IVF pregnancies, managing high risk IVF pregnancy and many more. Following topics were covered:

• Commonly seen complications in IVF pregnancies – USG what to expect
• How to screen High risk Pregnancy in IVF cases —complication out comes
• Growth problems in twins
• DNA fragmentation - to do or not to do & Lab techniques for poor Sperm

Scientific Track 5: Medicolegal aspects of IVF and surrogacy _ the new LAWS: During this track speakers from different background, management, advocate and consultant shared the details about laws on ART and its impact. Following topics were covered:

• Impact of New laws on ART
• Role of Lawyer in ART & Surrogacy
• Current Practices and Controversies in Assisted Reproduction Surrogacy in India -Present Scenario

Panel Discussion: New regulations for ART/ Surrogacy: During panel discussion various topics were covered where the panelist shared their views of the following topics discussed:

• What are the dates applicable for the ART Act and Surrogacy Act?
• IVF be done for unmarried couples
• Is Surrogacy allowed for couples of Indian origin (but foreign passports? Or if one partner is Foreigner
• The differential age brackets of 50 vs 55 yrs, is justified for couples?
• Is Embryo donation allowed in new ART/ Surrogacy Law?
• Known egg donor / sperm donor program and the complications!
