Nutrition is one of the important approaches to manage the overall health of an individual.  Adequate nutrition is critical for a strong immune system. Those with weakened immune system are more susceptible to COVID-19 infection and complications, making it paramount to reinforce the message that good nutrition is essential to build resilience and immunity. Nutrition plays an important role during the COVID-19 treatment in the hospital and after discharge, for those who are at risk and also for the normal individual.
