Physician with clinical research experience in therapeutics and diagnostic from private, public, and academic sectors. Experience in clinical trials management, pharmacovigilance, protocol development, drug development, vaccine research, and regulatory submissions for adult and pediatric trials.  Managed over thirty HIV clinical trials in maternal and child health at the NIH. Designed global infectious diseases protocols as a physician lead in industry partnerships. Collaborated with government officials, key opinion leaders, and in- country staff in design and implementation of clinical trials. Presented at FDA meetings.
