Previously worked as Associate & Assistant Professor at Himalayan Hospital, SRH  University.                             
A teaching and research experience of around 15 years.               
Enthusiasm for innovations to enhance learning and involved inteaching under and post graduate students.
Research work: Supervised more than 20 post graduate thesis as supervisor or co-superviser & Involved in conducting various research projects at National and Institutional level
Presented papers and delivered guest lecture at National level
Over 50 National and International publications
Life member of Indian Association of Clinical Medicine, Association of physicians of India, Geriatric Society of India and Indian Association of Geriatrics
