Dr. V. Kappal MS general surgery did his graduation and post-graduation from Dayanand Medical College And Hospital in the year 1974. In 1975 he joined Punjab Civil medical services and in 2002 he joined GMSH 16 on deputation. He retired from service in 2015. He is actively involved with ima for the last more than 10years and is now The president of IMA state branch Chandigarh.
