  • MBBS and MD from BJ medical college Pune. FRCP London FCCCM - Fellow of college of Critical Care Medicine.
  • Trained in UK on International Fellowship from Royal College of Physicians, Edinburgh for comprehensive training in critical care medicine.
  • Came back to India in 1991 with the Idea to develop a world-class comprehensive ICU set up, started 4 bedded ICU which is now 55 bedded, at Ruby Hall Clinic. Founder Director for the same & treated more than 30000 ICU patients.
  • First full time ICU physician intensivist in Pune and Maharashtra.
  • Founder member and Ex Vice President of Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine Contributed in many national and international conferences and papers.
  • Executive Member Critical Care Education Foundation and Ex-President for College of Critical Care Medicine.
    Recognised teacher for, DNB Critical Care Medicine, Diploma in Critical Care, ISCCM, International Critical Care Fellowship under CCEF and MUHS- fellowship in Intensive Care.
  • Received Best Paper Award for Original Research in Critical Care Medicine, 1" ORCC Conference, Bhopal, India.
    After completing 25 yrs in ICU with pioneering work, Dr. Prachee Sathe feels that preventive aspect for reducing severity of illnesses is very important in our country.
  • Extensive experience in treating COVID ICU patients as well as non ICU patients (2020-2021).
  • Received award from RBNQA quality award for excellence in crisis.
  • Innovation in ICU Ventilator (Make in India) worked with the innovation team from IIT Kanpur as a mentor and guide for clinical development of Indegenous Ventilator,2020-2021. This ventilator served for thousands of patients during COVID.
