Dr. Devindra Sood is a highly experienced glaucoma consultant at the Indira Gandhi Eye Hospital in Gurgaon.

His extensive experience in glaucoma management and his commitment to advancing the field are marked by both his clinical and academic achievements. Previously, he held the position of President of the Glaucoma Society of India, reflecting his leadership within the ophthalmology community.

Dr. Sood has undergone specialized training through several fellowships. He completed a clinical fellowship in glaucoma at the Glaucoma Imaging Centre in New Delhi and a glaucoma fellowship at the LV Prasad Eye Institute in Hyderabad, where he honed his expertise in advanced glaucoma diagnostics and treatment. Dr. Sood has been honored with the UKSOS Gold Medal for Excellence in Ophthalmology by the Uttarakhand State Ophthalmological Society (2013). He was also recognized as a Distinguished Resource Teacher by the Delhi Ophthalmological Society in 2003.
